    Job Description

    VCheck24® (www.vcheck24.com) is a provider of the newest, most advanced Smartphone Monitoring and Supervision App for the bail bond and criminal justice market.

    We have just launched our product and are seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative to help penetrate this fast growing market. Compensation is $25/hour with potential for an additional bonus incentive based on a benchmark number of prospects converted to paying customers. This is a remote-working position (work from home). No travel necessary. This position will start as a 90 day trial period, with the possibility for an indefinite hire dependent on performance.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Reporting directly to the CEO, an Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling both in-bound and out-bound lead calls and/or electronic communication, conducting Zoom product demo calls with prospects, lead life-cycle tracking, follow up on warm leads and working to convert them into paying customers, and executing back-office support tasks for the Sales Director, such as setting up and scheduling demos for larger prospects and setting up new customers in the VCheck24 system.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Handle in-bound prospect calls and emails • Meet virtually with warm leads to educate on and present the VCheck24 system • Follow up on warm leads to move the sales cycle along toward closure • Provide customer service duties to the clients and agencies served • Data entry of new agency info and system setup for new customers • Communicate frequently with Sales Director to schedule demos, review sales progress, and collaborate on larger deals • If necessary, make outbound cold calls to leads • Other duties as assigned

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2 years of proven sales experience (preferably to law enforcement or in the offender electronic monitoring space) • Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, typing, web browsing, etc.) • Clean background and able to pass a drug screening • Cold calling and prospecting

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

    • Perform data entry • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite • Effective verbal and written communication skills required • Clear criminal background preferred
