Position : Data Engineer/Analyst

Job Location : Franklin Lakes, New Jersey And St Louis, MO

Duration : 1 Year

The Job Responsibilities

· The Data Scientist role on Enterprise Data Science is responsible for supporting advanced analytical projects and solutions driven by data.

· Quarterly Performance assessment of all predictive models and create dashboards on Tableau

· Assist in building connectivity for bi-directional data exchange

· Pull data from IW for quick analysis.

· Assess model performance on client data.

· Assist in data preparation by pulling data from various sources to create modeling dataset for predictive models or text mining.

· Help Sr Data Scientist to schedule and manage scoring jobs on unix.

· Assist in parallel testing of predictive models with other automated models.

· Debugging/Trouble shooting if models are not scoring.

Required competencies

Technical Skillsets: SAS/R, SQL, Python Well trained on IW, Understands Machine learning methods (Predictive model development process), Unix/Linux scripting, Tableau, Knowledge of Text mining will be plus, Knowledge of database design, Knowledge of GitHub, Proficiency with Hadoop and other OS tools will be huge plus.
