    Role: Solutions Specialist/Financial Analyst/Account Manager

    (insurance/reinsurance experience needed)

    Location: Bloomington, MN

    Rate: $71,000 per year(Full-Time)

    Duration: Permanent

    Client: Genpact

    Work Authorization: USC, GC Only(Locals Preferred)

    Job Summary: 

    Use extensive and specialized insurance/reinsurance knowledge and skills to serve operations’ clients with unique and complex business situations. May be engaged in long-term business process outsource work or on short-term, varied consulting projects. Demonstrate critical thinking to perform complex analyses, independently solve problems and recommend changes to improve efficiency. Contribute to improving account margin and maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of client satisfaction.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Liaise between client and Operations Team
    • Manage client expectations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
    • Communicate with clients, prospects, account teams and sales teams to resolve issues, answer questions and provide assistance
    • Make observations and provide recommendations that contribute to the sales or operational process
    • Manage deliverables in conjunction with Statement of Work
    • Responsible for compiling information used for monitoring and controlling specific internal account metrics relating to account profitability and productivity
    • Develop account strategy, including revenue forecasting
    • Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to junior team members
    • Conduct special projects and additional job-related duties as needed
    • Prepare and review assigned account work for accuracy and completeness
    • Maintain accurate record of time allocation in time tracking software
    • Lead or assist Sr. Account Executives/Account Executives in project planning and strategic management of engagements
    • Develop unique account strategies and revenue forecasting
    • Assist account management team in project planning and strategic management
    • Ensure procedures and service standards are documented and updated as changes occur
    • Facilitate process optimization and improvements across accounts as needed
    • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data

    Required Skills/Competencies: 
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products with advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Advanced expertise related to insurance/reinsurance.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
    • Results oriented, self-motivated team player with the ability to take initiative
    Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements
    • Completion of client insurance/reinsurance technical training program
    • Advanced level of expertise related to insurance/reinsurance in one or more of the following areas:
    o Accounting; Claims; Collections; Reporting; Insurance/Reinsurance Systems; Commutations; Project Management; Technology
    External and Internal Interactions/Management/Reporting Relationships
    • Client Interaction
    • Reports to Senior Manager

    Required Education & Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree within accounting or related field. Or equivalent experience required.
    • 5 years’ experience in insurance/reinsurance industry
