Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Engagement Manager
· Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project
· Participate in requirement gathering sessions
· Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
· Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook
· Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
· Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
· Lead the UAT efforts
· Participate in training design, creation of documentation, and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager
· Participate and lead in end user training, and/or train the trainer sessions
· Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer
· Participate in internal projects as required
· Maintain current Salesforce.com certifications
· Participate in pre-sales activities
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Cloud technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement against a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. Additional preferred qualifications are:
· B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred
· Advanced experience with Salesforce.com Lightning configuration and custom development
· Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.)
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· Willingness to travel to client locations (up to 50%)
· SFDC Certifications Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, other
· Lightning Experience Specialst Trailhead
· Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
· Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
· Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
· Should have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies
· Must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce.com ecosystem
· 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or customer support operations
· 3-6 years of Salesforce.com systems integration and/or implementation experience
· Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises
