We have new CLIENTS in the VENICE AREA -- now we need long-shift CAREGIVERS there as well!

We started in the Sarasota-Bradenton area four years ago, now we're expanding southward. If you have a caring heart and love the work of caregiving, please keep reading.

We’re hiring caregivers who can drive to jobs from Osprey and Nokomis to Venice, North Port, maybe even Englewood. We are looking in particular for people who like LONGER shifts: 8- 10-12-hours. You will be part-time, but there may well be shifts available that add up to 30-40 hours a week.

Who You’ll Help:

Our clients vary in their needs — some are mostly independent and just need a little help with housekeeping or company during the day. Others may need hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, or mobility due to conditions like dementia or Parkinson’s. We carefully assign each caregiver according to their comfort level; you’ll never be asked to do something you’re not okay with.

What You’ll Do:

Offer companionship and a watchful eye to prevent falls, and to notice changes in their condition.

Help with meals, light cleaning, laundry, and medication reminders.

Drive clients to appointments or outings if needed.

Communicate any changes or concerns to our care management team.

For some clients, help with bathing, dressing, or transferring to a wheelchair.

What We’re Looking For:

Compassion, patience, and a respectful attitude are musts.

A valid Florida driver’s license and your own vehicle (insured and registered).

Level II background check (we’ll help you with this if needed).

No felony convictions.

Pay: Starting at $19/hour, with the possibility of a bit more in many cases.
