The Media Publishing & Metadata Coordinator is part of a core team that publishes & promotes VENN multimedia content across the internet, and grows a loyal audience for VENN content. The person in this role is expected to take a multidisciplinary approach to media publishing & distribution, with a willingness to do anything & everything necessary to make sure that our media content gets to the right location, looks great, and performs well.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure all metadata is properly entered & optimized for VENN content platforms
• Metadata consistency for all content across O&O site and third-party platforms
• Schedule, update and communicate content release timelines
• Update playlists & featured modules on content platforms
• Coordinate media publishing schedule
• Maintain Quality Control for syndicated media

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of YouTube platform, including monetization and content tagging.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with CMS operations and keyword content strategies
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and practices
• Headline copywriting skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent
• Metadata management + SEO optimization 
• Strong digital communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision
• Passion for gaming
• Familiarity with streaming talent and pop culture
