    The Talent Relations Assistant at VENN will be responsible for supporting the talent relations department in all aspects of show programming, talent & casting on a broad range of content initiatives. This role consists of  research, coordinating, booking, and requires a resourceful and creative mindset.  

    The Talent Relations Assistant's priority will be to assist the Director of Talent Relations on all outreach, scheduling, and booking of trendsetting talent for all of VENN's shows, which have a steady pipeline of celebrity guests and streamers.

    Daily tasks incorporate research, scheduling, talent relations, strategic thinking, and creative support within the talent relations department.

    The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, ambitious, and a pop culture expert who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about Film / TV, pop culture, music and demonstrates a high level of competence and commitment to booking the best talent possible.

    Talent Department Operational Excellence:

    • Build and manage our outreach and release schedule calendar and maintain all databases
    • Identify upcoming movies, shows, music, festivals and talent to pitch producers
    • Provide backend support to the team's internal efforts for growth

    Maintaining Talent Department:

    • Create and maintain talent decks on all VENN shows for outreach
    • Work with department, showrunners and producers on all talent booking needs
    • Support and assistant talent and reps while in-studio

     

    Talent Department Outreach: 

    • Entertainment outreach
    • Maintain a positive relationship with reps

     

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

    • A deep understanding of celebrity, influencers, pop culture, trends, Film/TV, digital, streaming and gaming
    • Finger to the pulse of youth culture, gaming and entertainment
    • Extensive understanding of studio & network and talent and representatives
    • Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Proven to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and problem solve while being able to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Minimum years of related work experience: 5 years in a similar industry and job family
