Primary Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat fielding questions, thinking outside of the box, resolving problems and selling products and services
Place orders, secure proof approval and provide best-in-class customer service and support
Limited inside sales. NO Cold Calling!
Conduct new client onboarding calls for Prophase Marketing services
Manage incoming client cases for RepeatRewards loyalty program
Track product for customers
Resolve customer issues or conflicts – goal of resolving issues in one-touch or immediately escalating to expedite process
Ideate, build, and execute quarterly marketing plan in coordination with Sales, Creative, and Social Media departments
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable with strong customer service aptitude, and a hint of sales savvy
Strong interpersonal communication being positive, pleasant, respectful, and customer-centric
Ability to retain detailed, important information and/or instruction
Ability to solve complex problems in a Customer Service environment
Best-in-Class written and oral communication
Enthusiastic about learning and mastering new products, features, and systems
Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills coupled with a sense of urgency and the art of persuasion
Flexible and able to effectively cope with ambiguity or sudden changes of priorities
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
Understanding of direct mail is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or significant related work experience
Inside sales experience required
