Electrical Construction Sales Account and Project Manager
Position Overview: As a Sales Account and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts and overseeing the successful execution of sales projects. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, project management expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal team
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key client accounts, understanding their needs, and acting as their primary point of contact. Proactively identify growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling possibilities, and develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies for key accounts. Identify client needs, analyze market trends, and align sales initiatives with customer requirements. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to address client inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Project Team Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and timely resolution of issues. Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on project status, key milestones, and sales outcomes. Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and optimize project delivery.
Contract and Proposal Management: Assist in the preparation and review of sales contracts, proposals, and statements of work. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing structures, and payment schedules.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, assess market demand, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Bachelor degree is a plus.
Experience in sales, key account management, and project management roles.
Understanding of sales principles, project management methodologies, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes and build collaborative relationships.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project implementation.
Note: As a 100% commission-based role, compensation will be based solely on sales and projecrt performance, with no guaranteed salary or benefits provided. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a commission-only environment and motivated by the potential for high earnings.
