Vets for Vets Home Healthcare is a growing home care organization dedicated to providing exceptional and reliable in-home, supportive care services to our military veteran and adult populations in Delaware, Montgomery and Chester Counties.

Currently we are seeking an experienced CNA to provide in-home assistance for a 81yr. old male veteran living in MEDIA, PA. Available shifts are Monday through Friday 11am-3pm

RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide care as directed by Clinical Manager and according to the client's personalized care plan

Duties may include but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility/transfers, med reminders, meal prep.

Assist with light housekeeping, linen changes, laundry, food shopping/errands. Accompany client to medical appointments if needed

Communicate effectively with clients, families and clinical management/office staff

Ability to recognize and report change in client condition

Maintain trusting relationships with the clients and family by consistently demonstrating kindness, compassion and respect

REQUIREMENTS:

Active CNA Pennsylvania license required

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of health care experience required; home care experience working with adults preferred

Current CPR certification

Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
