Job Description
We are looking for talented and motivated Account Managers who can successfully manage existing client accounts, up-sell and provide outstanding service to increase sales. The Account Manager will provide outstanding service in maintaining, growing, capturing upsell opportunities for existing accounts therefore achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives with key national and international accounts and other institutions via phone, web, chat, etc. You must be comfortable making calls and communicating via social media outlets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer interaction via the telephone, email and web; respond and provide solutions to customers promptly
Responsiveness is key; look for new sales opportunities, provide quotes, engage customers and seek new avenues of sales revenue
Researches accounts, identifies key players and generates interest
Provide immediate customer support to meet their needs; quotations, technical research, product information requests, manufacturer interaction, proposals, and expediting orders
Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts
Escalate backorders and sense of urgency to exceed customer expectations
Provide technical feedback and product solutions to meet customer requirements
Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships with client base
Assist with warehouse and shipping/receiving duties when needed
Required Skills
Technically proficient; Microsoft Office, social media savvy
Passion and Drive
Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product information
Strong written and verbal communication
Proven track record of positive performance
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Desire to work within a team and a cooperative attitude
