Star Dust Logistics Team Leader - Full Time

SDLC is in search of a team leader to oversee the operations Wednesday through Saturday. The team leader role is one responsible first for the safety of the driver team and the community by upholding high standards around fleet readiness, team training, and safety mechanisms used to ensure a safe and successful delivery day.

As a Team Leader, you will be fully trained to safely and successfully support a team of delivery drivers responsible for delivering Amazon packages to customers homes, businesses, and other delivery locations. Candidates must be able to demonstrate leadership, reliability and positivity. This leader will have a strong work ethic and be able to navigate challenging situations and manage time and daily standard tasks effectively. Team Leader General Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high degree of focus on safety for oneself, fellow employees, partners and customers
• Maintain professionalism and represent Star Dust Logistics LLCs culture positively
• Must ensure safety policies and procedures are followed without fail
• Must ensure quality standards are upheld
• Willing to support other team members in need of help
• Must have a basic understanding of technology, such as a smartphone to deliver packages
• Experience using Microsoft office products
• Occasionally deliver packages when needed to rescue a driver or white glove a missed promise
• Teach, train and coach Delivery Drivers to maintain high delivery standards
• Must immediately report any interactions, incidents or occurrences that may impact customer trust of Star Dust Logistics LLC

Team Leader Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Team Leader Wage: $20.00/hour

Team Leader Basic Qualification and Job Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid drivers license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Prior professional driving experience preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• Multilingual
