    Responsibilities

    Meets with customers in their homes or places of business, providing a personalized and exceptional service experience.

    Engage with customers to identify service issues, explain necessary repairs, and provide estimates when required.

    Exceed performance metrics to qualify for performance incentives.

    Expertly diagnose and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves (gas/electric), microwave ovens, and dishwashers.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest connected technology trends in the home appliance industry and apply this knowledge to your work.

    Complete all required training courses to ensure technician competency and actively seek to remain an expert in the repair industry.

    Safely operate company vehicles when traveling to customer locations.

    Utilize handheld devices to update work orders digitally, contributing to a paperless work environment.

    Consistently deliver a superior 5-star customer experience.

    Qualifications

    Enthusiastic and customer service-oriented attitude.

    Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

    Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

    Experienced with refrigeration sealed system repair

    Must have a valid driver’s license.

    Proficient in English (bilingual skills are advantageous).

    Ability to lift or maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields is preferred.
