    JOB DESCRIPTION

    VIDA is looking for a Paid Media Analyst to launch and optimize ads on social media, display and other advertising networks. The position will ultimately manage the day to day media buying and program optimization for both B2C and B2B/Artist channels. This role will help develop tactical strategy for VIDA to increase revenue and site traffic and to maximize return on ad spend.

    This candidate will be a flexible, quantitative-oriented self–starter who enjoys a fast–paced environment where priorities shift from day to day. Candidates who connect through positive and respectful interactions and create extraordinary brand experiences will be at the top of our list.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setup and manage Facebook campaigns across various strategies and tactics, including A/B tests
    • Assist with email based outreach and follow-up campaigns as needed
    • Proactively track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget
    • Manage budgets closely, ensuring spend is aligned with seasonal performance and weekly and monthly targets met
    • Report on cross-company KPIs
    • Effectively communicate strategies and rationale for tactical approaches of each campaign
    • Spot opportunities for new tactics/improved ROI
    • Simultaneously manage multiple campaigns with varying budgets/goals (with special emphasis on weekly/monthly spend and ROI targets)
    • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns pre-launch and once live
    • Stay apprised of current and new functionality and/or data offerings and successfully deploy on relevant campaigns
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends
    • Leverage customer and artist segments for specialized targeting
    • Uncover opportunities for growth based on strong performing ads and transition into other paid channels (pinterest, search, taboola, etc.)

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    Requirements & Experience

    • 1 -2  years of experience in paid media ad management
    • Hands-to-keyboard experience with 3rd party technologies and Facebook Ads Manager
    • Strong analytical ability with experience in analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations/communicating outcomes
    • Solid understanding of audience segmentation in paid advertising
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in an adaptive, fast-paced environment
    • Immense curiosity in the social/paid media world, stay up–to–date with the latest development and experiment with new social media marketing strategies.
    • Adaptability compliments curiosity. When you discover something new or spot a trend, you must be able to quickly adapt and keep up with such changes and pick up the necessary skills (e.g. graphic design, video making, etc.).
    • CRM experience a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
