VIDA is a global platform that brings together creatives and manufacturers from around the world to create unique, original apparel and accessories - on-demand, at mass-scale. A curator of creative voices, showcases Art VIDA x Fashion from New York to LA, Mumbai to Madrid, and Tokyo to Tel Aviv. Our designers include world-renowned artists from 150+ countries around the world and our manufacturers range from textile mills to cut & sew units across India, Turkey, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and more. We've launched over 2.5M unique products on our platform and have grown our business 10x+ year over year. Additionally, we've proudly partnered with the Museum of Modern Art, Cher, Steve Madden, and Iris Apfel, amongst others to launch exclusive collaborations.

Each of our products is custom-made, on-demand, and has a unique story - from the inspiration behind its design to the personal stories of our artists. For every product made, VIDA offers education and empowerment programs to our factory workers so they can build a better future for themselves and their families. Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical intern to support various departments.  Additionally, the intern will be a quick learner, passionate about and really good at keeping overview of multiple projects and their planning.  You are not stressed out by an ever- evolving list of things to get done and excited to start an incredible journey and deliver actual results you can be proud of within a 3 months time frame.

The Internship:

• Provide Analytical support to Finance and Marketing department
• Request reports and analyze data in support of project needs
• Troubleshoot issues and determine the best solution
• Develop requirements or user stories based on business needs, utilizing standard documentation guidelines
• Develop communications and training material for internal and external customers
• Participate in the Agile development process

Qualifications:

• Attained or pursuing a BS Degree
• Must be located within a commutable distance from San Francisco
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills ("IF" functions, pivot tables, and "LookUp" functions)
• Experience in R, Python and/or SQL prefered
• Basic knowledge of marketing KPIs (LTV, CAC, cohorts, funnels, etc.) prefered
• Ability to resolve problematic issues in an efficient manner
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast paced working environment
