Photoshoot/Stylist Assistant Position

We've launched over 2.5M unique products on our platform, including high protection masks, featured in NBC, Today,  Health, Prevention, VOGUE, Bazaar, Glamour, C|NET, and NPR. Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly organized, creative executor to support our Creative Team in capturing beautiful shots for VIDA marketing and product promotions. The first shoot will take place either at the end of October or early November. If you're passionate about beautiful products and experiences and really good at keeping an overview of an ever-evolving list of things to get done, we'd love to speak with you. 

Major Responsibilities: 

• Assist with shopping for upcoming photoshoots
• Book photographers, models, and hair/makeup for larger shoots
• Set up products, models, and wardrobe
• Assist with styling models 
• Style products for product photography 
• Photograph products for site product pages 
• Photograph products for social media content

Skills & Experience: 

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate varied schedules
• Knowledge of photography techniques
• Portfolio showing experience in fashion, lifestyle, and product photography, styling, or photography art direction.
• Experience with photographic equipment and lighting—Canon and Broncolor
• Ability to stand or crouch for hours during photoshoots
• Proficiency with photo editing software and camera equipment, such as Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills
• Video experience or passion preferred but not required

Compensation Details: 

This is a contract/freelance position.
