    VIDA is an eCommerce platform that converts a creative vision into apparel and accessories and allows customers to purchase unique items from anywhere in the world. We manage a cutting-edge, just-in-time global production platform and work with thousands of artists from over 2,500 cities around the world. We are growing rapidly, doubling our revenues every year, and looking for a stellar intern.

    We are currently recruiting for an intern to join our SF team.

    This is an exciting role that will allow you to get a broad exposure to all aspects of business in a fast growing eCommerce company with a special mission.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    You will also work with operations, marketing and advertising, design, finance and other teams on a variety of tasks.

    • Assist in recruiting, selecting candidates and follow up with VIDA's team throughout the entire hiring process
    • Assist in data entry and analytics
    • Manage office expenses- ordering office supplies and keeping track of budget under supervision of Head of Finance
    • Research of benefit plans and payment providers
    • Assist in improving VIDA's onboarding process, policies and procedures and updating our onboarding manual
    • Organize team events
    • Manage company wide subscriptions (e.g. Adobe suite) and research best apps and platform to use for VIDA's business
    • Make, maintain, execute office equipment plan (computers & other equipment)
    • Keep track of computer loan plans & improve process and admin where necessary
    • Assist in drafting general company policies (eg paid leave policies)
    • General research across functions

    POSITION IN ORGANISATION:

    • The intern will report to VIDA's Head of Finance

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum associate's degree in Business related field

    • Experience with HR related topics preferred

    • Proficient in MS Office, high level of comfort with Excel

    • Ability to meet expected deadlines

    • Excels in a demanding multi-priority environment
