Our designers include world-renowned artists from 150+ countries around the world and our manufacturers range from textile mills to cut & sew units across India, Turkey, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and more. We've launched over 2.5M unique products on our platform and have grown our business 10x+ year over year. Additionally, we've proudly partnered with the Museum of Modern Art, Cher, Steve Madden, and Iris Apfel, amongst others to launch exclusive collaborations.

    Each of our products is custom-made, on-demand, and has a unique story - from the inspiration behind its design to the personal stories of our artists. For every product made, VIDA offers education and empowerment programs to our factory workers so they can build a better future for themselves and their families.


    We're looking to hire a business leader to head up our Artist platform. This role is equivalent to being a mini-CEO or a Brand Manager at a CPG company and is responsible for all aspects of growth and development for our Artist platform, working in collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Design and Customer Service. The ideal candidate would have a blend of sales, business development, and growth marketing experience and have successfully managed P&L in prior roles.


    Roles & Responsibilities include:

    • Understanding and articulating target audience

    • Setting up KPIs and key metrics for CSAT, Funnel Conversion, New and Repeat Sales, LTV/CAC, and First Order Profitability for the platform

    • Setting up all-up growth strategy for the platform - encompassing acquisition, digital marketing, product optimization, and sales

    • Running growth experiments, learning and optimizing strategies, and tracking progress against goals

    • Supervising artist Marketing across email, search, social media, PR and other channels - across both paid and organic

    • Building out a sales channel


    • 7+ years of P&L management, brand management, or product management experience overseeing P&L for a product or product category
    • Proven track record in driving customer and revenue growth
    • Strong understanding of all aspects of business management, brand management, and marketing and sales
    • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
    • MBA is a plus
    • Experience in sales is a plus
