WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic multi-tasker to support our global sourcing & supply chain department in setting up our inhouse QA processes and QC inspection in addition to managing our partnership operations. Next to a growing community of designers on our platform selling their wearable art via our e-commerce website, we've experienced a rapid growth in our partnerships. Via partnerships with celebrities, retailers, museums [HSN, Le Tote, SF MoMa], we provide our artist community with a unique chance to reach a mass-market consumer base. 

As a QA intern, you will work with a wide range of tasks in our operations department. We are a fast-growing fashion company, so if you like to work in this kind of environment and be where it happens, this is the place!

Responsibilities

• A Minimum of 3 days week in a fast-paced, high-profile startup environment
• Assist in various on-going quality and long term projects
• Support continuous alignment and quality improvements
• Work with product developers/ sourcing and manufacturers on appropriate labels according to products
• Administration of golden samples and maintain sample archive
• Partner with product developers and sourcing team  to request golden samples, when needed to get approval on colour, material and quality
• Structure, develop and formalize internal process and standards on quality and product compliance.
• Support product testing process, failure resolution and queries
• Support onboarding of new suppliers from a technical perspective

Is this you?

• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
• A minimum level of education: Bachelor degree in Fashion and/or Textiles
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Hard-working, highly motivated and energetic
• Good knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Office
• Ability to multitask in high paced environments, where rapid changes are common
• You are social and a team player
• You are a task-oriented, detailed and organized person and you know how to prioritize
• A self-starter
• Sense of ownership/accountability
• Deadline driven
• You are flexible to work both in our warehouse in San Carlos and in our office in San Francisco. Majority of the internship will be done from our warehouse located in San Carlos, CA.
