    ABOUT THIS ROLE

    VIDA is looking for a Graphic Designer to partner with the Creative Director and marketing team to execute concepts and campaigns across multiple channels within the provided brief and brand guidelines, develop imagery and content, and further develop the website, including landing pages and web banners, in a fast environment with tight deadlines.

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, problem solver with strong communication skills, a developed creative process, and a passion for innovative, human-centered design. This candidate enjoys creative collaboration and is comfortable presenting to stakeholders and executing feedback.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Mastery of visual language and design theory
    • An understanding of layout, design systems, responsive design, and components and how typography, color, and images work together. 
    • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Required: Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Experience using Figma
    • Degree in design, art direction, advertising, product design, or a related field
    • Online portfolio of work showcasing website, mobile app design, email, social, and ad campaigns, landing pages, web banners, and other relative design, video, animation, or photography work.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a graphic designer, art director, or product designer.
    • Interest in healthcare
    • Interest in UX/UI
    • Interest in content development and photography

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Work with the creative director and marketing team from the briefing stage to post-campaign performance review to develop engaging campaigns across multiple channels including display, social media, email, landing pages, print, and ads.

    • Develop and present multiple creative concepts with a strategic consumer mindset to increase engagement and build brand awareness.
    • Take direction and feedback and execute accordingly
    • Create sites, landing pages, web banners, and design systems
    • User research and design architecture
    • Research & keep up with emerging design and marketing trends to stay relevant to consumers
    • Work with the creative director to develop imagery and content for campaigns and branding.
    • Maintain high-quality design within the brief and brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding and messaging
    • Execute ideas in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects and manage unexpected challenges.

    The position is a full-time role, initially reporting to the Creative Director of VIDA. The position comes with competitive compensation and a great benefits package.  

    To be considered, you must be able to work PST, MTN, CST, or EST hours and provide a link to an online portfolio that shows an ability to develop conceptual multi-channel campaigns and website design. Photography, photo editing, video, and animation work will be considered bonus skills.
