VIGILINT is a premier provider of international health protection, providing advisory, logistics, medical operations, and crisis management services to high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, and government clients. Our world-class physicians, subject matter experts, and operational staff work side-by-side to solve complex medical emergencies around the globe. VIGILINT is seeking Part-Time Operations Analysts to support our 24/7 Medical Operations Center coordinating logistics, medical care, and evacuations. Analysts also conduct medical intelligence gathering, medical surveillance, and open-source research.

Candidates must be innovative, independent problem solvers and be able to work successfully in a semi-stressful work environment. VIGILINT will provide training in crisis management, medical contingency planning, intelligence gathering, and telemedicine operations.

New employees will work closely with experienced leaders from military, medical operations, concierge medical, and logistics communities.

The Operations Center is staffed on a 24/7 basis, requiring continuous employee coverage. Employees will be assigned to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Selection will close once VIGILINT has filled available positions. Successful candidates will be expected to relocate to the Raleigh-Durham area within 4 to 6 weeks of offer.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree from an accredited, four-year college or university; or degree in progress, with the candidate having completed at least 2 years of university education.
• Ability to function in stressful environments & manage crises with composure;
• Strong critical thinking, writing, research, and oral communications skills;
• Ability to handle sensitive information and materials with discretion;
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends;
• Must be a US citizen.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Intermediate, advanced, or native proficiency in one or more foreign languages;
• Background/interest in operational medicine, emergency management, public health, international medicine;
