VIGILINT is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to work 40 hours per week at our Morrisville, NC locations in support of daily operations and logistics. Performs a variety of Central Services and/or Receiving/Distribution tasks, including but not limited to:

• Package and organize custom kits to mirror pamphlets
• Charge and complete functional checks on medical equipment
• Conduct warehouse maintenance to ensure the warehouse is clean and presentable
• Inventory stock utilizing the inventory management system
• Conduct a location survey of warehouse inventory
• Organize and monitor inventory to follow FIFO procedures
• Inventory and restock supply levels of common areas
• Request inventory replenishment of common areas to Purchasing Manager
• Receive stock and upload documentation into an inventory management system
• Utilize UPS and FedEx to ship, track and schedule pick-ups
• Create a PowerPoint of standard kit packing procedures
• Create sales orders, purchase orders and adjust inventory in the Inventory Management system
• Prepare packaging and documentation for custom kits (e.g., pamphlets, custom cards, foam cutouts, labeling)
• Check incoming deliveries to ensure all ordered material meets quality standards
• Organize stock in the most efficient way using ladders, pallet jacks, etc.
• Pull stock to fulfill orders by following FIFO procedures
• Wrap pallets and place them in designated area for freight pick-up
• Monitor inventory levels and identify new orders when needed
• Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and pulling the right products for each order
• Inspect the inventory carefully to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing requests regularly
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to determine incoming and outgoing deficiencies
• Utilize equipment safely to ensure proper ergonomics
• Contributes to VIGILINT mission by accomplishing other duties as required.

Requirements:

• United States citizenship
• Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position
• Maintain management informed of duty changes or PTO requirements with enough time to address daily taskings
• Remain professional at all times
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (space savers, pallet jacks)
• Strong communication skills
• Dexterity and attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
• Practice safety when operating pallet jack, banding material, and lifting.
• Follow written and oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties
• Self-motivated, diligent and innovative
• Flexibility to work extended hours when operational tempo requires
• Be able to communicate effectively with the logistics team to inform of significant changes that can affect the warehouse operation.
