Job Summary

Position is located in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be working as the medsurg/telemetry RN. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift type: 7p - 7a with overtime available Salary is $2400 per week or $60/hr. This is a contract position for 13 weeks. Must be 50 miles from hospital to be considered for travel

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor

Must be able to float to like units and work every other weekend.

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment

Previous experience as an RN with a preferred 1yr minimum in MSTELE/ Cardiac gtt, post-PCI, Tikosyn

Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

Valid driver’s license

ACLS/BLS certification required

Must be reliable, dependable, and professional.
