Job Description
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a part-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Property & Casualty or Life & Health license is preferred.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
