Job Opportunity: CLEANING TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Technician. Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning.

Thoroughly disinfect restroom facilities and ensure the timely replenishment of supplies.

Manage waste and recyclables disposal in an efficient and environmentally conscious manner.

Uphold cleanliness standards in communal areas such as entryways, hallways, and break rooms.

Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or custodial roles.

Proficiency in various cleaning methods and equipment usage.

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.

Physical stamina to handle diverse tasks, including bending, stooping, lifting, and extended periods of standing.

Excellent time management skills.

Expertise in janitorial work, floor care, buffing, and facilities maintenance.
