The hiring company is a multi media international company successfully in Asia. Now they are expanding their business in U.S . They look for a bilingual (Chinese Mandarin and English) website specialist to join and grow the company in Los Angeles. This is a full time salaried position. The office is in Arcadia.

1. Responsible for the overall operation of the projects, responsible for uploading, sorting and categorizing the content of the projects.

2. SEO optimization, analyze the keywords of the website

3. Based on the analysis of website revenue data, user feedback and product managers put forward design, production and optimization suggestions;

4. Have a certain understanding of social media, short reels production and can effectively communicate and cooperate with production and project specialists; understanding of social media LIVE, short reels etc.

5. Responsible for the search of website traffic resources, site resource exchange and relationship maintenance, and complete the website operation goals set by the company;

job requirements:

1. College degree or above, e-commerce, marketing major is preferred;

2. Have more than 1 year of independent project operation and promotion experience, have the ability to independently promote websites, and projects or e-commerce website work experience are preferred;

3. Diligent and studious, with a strong sense of purpose;

4. Bilingual ability in Chinese and English is required;

工作内容：

1、负责网站的整体运营，负责网站内容的上传，整理，归类；

2、SEO优化，分析网站的关键词；

3、基于网站营收数据分析，用户反馈意见与产品经理提出设计、制作、优化建议；

4、对social media 和短片制作、影视制作运营编导等有一定理解，与社媒专员可以有效沟通协作；

5、负责网站流量资源的寻找，站点资源互换和关系维护，完成公司制定的网站运营目标；

任职要求：

1、大专或以上，电子商务、市场营销或计算机专业优先；

2、具有1年以上独立站运营推广经验，具备独立推广网站的能力，有网站或电子商务网站工作经验者优先；

3、勤奋好学，目标感强；

4、需中英文双语能力；
