We are looking for a 2nd Shift Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher for our client in Woburn, MA. This position is Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm. It will consist of, but not limited to, the following duties:
Check drivers in and verify bills of lading
Data entry of orders
Work within the WMS system
Communicate with customer via email and phone
Qualifications:
Experience in a Dispatcher or Customer Service Rep type role
Ability to professionally communicate in English with customers via phone and email
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Experience with Bill of Lading preferred
Location: Woburn, MA Schedule: 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri Pay: $19+Hourly
