We are looking for an Experienced Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift for our Food Manufacturing plant in Ayer, MA. We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least two years showcasing production leadership role.

What You'll Do:

Recruit, interview, and onboard the all production crew.

Lead by example, fostering safety and operational efficiency.

Seamlessly coordinate with departments, ensuring maximum productivity.

Act as the go-to figure for equipment troubleshooting and process challenges.

Regularly engage with your team, guiding them through shift meetings and training sessions.

Shape a culture of continuous improvement and uphold our esteemed operational standards.

Qualifications:

A college degree or its equivalent is preferred.

5+ years in manufacturing, with at least two years showcasing leadership prowess.

Familiarity with packaging manufacturing techniques

Proven experience in enhancing production efficiency and cost-cutting.

Must be Fluent in English, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
