We are looking for a Customer Service Admin for our manufacturing client in Lawrence, MA on first shift. This position is a support contact role for customers who need assistance with managing rental tool agreements, monthly billing, provide customers with back charge/repair information, tool availability, and day to day support to the Rental Department while closely following
procedures and processes.
Requirements:
MUST be knowledgeable with Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication. Good attention to detail.
Understand the importance of internal relationships as well as customer relationships
Location: Lawrence, MA Pay: $20 hourly Schedule: Mothers Hours!! 20-25 hours per week (flexible with hours you can work) you can do 2- 10 hour days or 5-4 hour days etc.
