    Client Success Specialist-Is not afraid to use the phone or to meet clients in person. If you only like email and texting, this isn’t the role for you! Client Success Specialist might be referred to as Acct Manager or coordinator at other marketing agencies or a project manager with experience managing projects for a digital marketing agency. This role will liaise across our client-facing departments -Sales, Marketing, Email Campaigns, Display/Social Ad Campaigns, Data, Software - and work closely with our clients to ensure expectations are always aligned, and client needs are EXCEEDED

    Responsibilities: ●Facilitate smooth client handoffs from Sales to Operations teams ●Lead New Account &New Project kickoff meetings to provide clients w/ a comprehensive, confidence-building onboarding experience. ●Work alongside operations teams to stay abreast of all account activities. Ensure projects stay on schedule and KPIs are on track. Ensure everything we do is in alignment with overall client objectives/goals. ●Communicate proactively Listen. Uncover client needs. Anticipate and mitigate potential issues & roadblocks. Share news of our successes. ●Seek to deepen client relationships and identify (cross-sell) new areas where solutions can help a client meet their goals. ●Thoughtfully receive, respond to &execute requests in a friendly & timely manner ●Prepare documentation (meeting agendas, notes, reports, estimates, proposals, and project timelines) ●Learn from internal subject matter experts about our campaigns & products to deepen your expertise. don’t copy and paste internal communication to the client, but understand it & translate it in a meaningful client-friendly way. ideal candidate: ●Communicates w/ clients & colleagues in an open, clear, friendly, confident manner/must be diplomatic ●anticipates needs, &recommends solutions proactively ●poised under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ●organized; manages multiple projects & deadlines at once able to re-prioritize constantly ●Thinks critically &objectively. Demonstrates strategic decision-making. ●COMFORTABLE GIVING PRESENTATIONS. ●TRANSLATES INTERNAL “TECHNICAL SPEAK” INTO CLIENT-FRIENDLY EXPLANATIONS

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: ●ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR DATA AGENCY BACKGROUND, OR CLIENT SERVICE/CLIENT SUCCESS EXPERIENCE IN A PROFESSIONAL ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT. ●DEPLOYMENT OF EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, POSTAL CAMPAIGNS, DIGITAL & SOCIAL ADVERTISING, PROGRAMMATIC ADVERTISING. ●PURCHASING IDENTITY DATA AND CUSTOM AUDIENCE SEGMENTATION. ●DEVELOPING BOTH B2B & B2C ACCOUNTS. ●CREATING PROJECT PLANS FOR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS. ●ESTIMATING PROJECT COSTS & PREPARING PROPOSALS ●If you’ve been in an Account Exec, Account Manager, Project Manager or similar role at an advertising or marketing agency, or at a fast-moving corporate marketing department, you may be a good fit for this role.
