VIP Wireless is looking for a Regional Market Manager to join our team. We are a Master Agent of Boost Mobile products and strive to lead the industry with amazing customer service as we support our retail base throughout the country. This is a remote position where you will be working out of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts while improving their profitability and backend operations
- Grow your account base by hunting new retailers and distributors across multiple channels
- Cultivate your accounts for new opportunities and growth when supported by financials
- Analyze data and use it to coach accounts on ways to grow their business and increase profits
- Drive key retail behaviors that lead to increased conversion, sales, and customer retention
- Train all accounts on upcoming programs, promotions, and compliance requirements
- Maintain compliance across all channels that protects VIP and our customers
- Address all reporting and administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Interface with management and reps from multiple businesses with which we grow and support including- Boost Mobile (all services and products), Xfinity Prepaid, MyRemede CBD & PPE, ONDIGO, PCS Wireless, Progressive Leasing, and more
- Opportunity to specialize in a certain area and become part of our Subject Matter Expert team
- Any other projects or duties as assigned, i.e. Blitz Teams, Project Leads, Channel Leads
Requirements:
- MS Office Suite, mainly Outlook & Excel
- Excellent verbal presentation skills
- Outgoing personality with relationship building skills
- Outside sales experience and B2B track record selling-in
- Retail training experience to assist sell-through
- Motivated self-starter who needs little direction
- Available to travel up to 75% regionally
- Reliable high-speed internet and remote work environment
- Prepaid Wireless experience a plus
- Wholesale or Manufacturer Rep experience a plus
