    We are now searching for an associate to join us in our Ontario, California office.

    This position will be cross-trained in our various practice areas and has a requirement of 1,680 yearly billable hours.

    About You

    You have 1-5 years’ experience, preferably including some litigation experience or the willingness to become a litigator. You are accustomed to handling a file from start to finish and are a self-starter. You have an interest in learning various practice areas and appreciate the mentorship of a senior attorney. You have strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail. You have a reputation for being hard working and work well independently and as part of a team. You are searching for a career and not just a job.

    Your duties will include but are not limited to:

    · Research

    · Drafting pleadings

    · Responding to discovery

    · Conducting depositions

    · Drafting correspondence

    · Communicating with clients

    · Estate planning

    · Probate and trust administration

    Education & Requirements

    · 1-5 years’ experience, preferably as a civil litigator but not required

    · Licensed to practice law in California

    · Courtroom experience preferred

    · Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

    · Superb written and oral communication skills

    · Willingness to learn various practice areas

    · Coachable

    Salary is commensurate with experience.
