• Excellent safety record
• 10 years of wireline core drilling experience HQ, NQ, and PQ
• Experience with wellbore design
• Experience with drilling fluids, including mud, air, and foam
• Experience with extended reach drilling >3,000’ TVD (True Vertical Depth)
• Experience with advanced fishing techniques
• Experience in setting casing and drilling faulted lithologies
• Experience running deviation surveys and monitoring wellbore orientation
• Experience with government procurements
• Advanced management experience with oversight of subcontractors

Non-requirements but value-adders

• Experience mentoring non-drillers in drilling best practices
• Experience in high temperature holes
• Experience with emplacement of downhole instruments; permanent or temporary
• Familiar with general types of downhole instruments and their uses; geophones, fiber optic, thermocouples, etc.
