We are looking for an energetic ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a great opportunity in the Irvine, CA area. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of experience with a clerical background or customer service background.  

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FRONT DESK:

• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
• Answer and redirect incoming calls
• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities

REQUIREMENTS OF THE FRONT DESK:

• Must have at least 1 years of experience with administrative background or customer service background
• Computer literate
• Highly organized and details oriented.
• Must have great writing, and communications skills

COMPENSATION FOR THE FRONT DESK:

• Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
