IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desires to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a Care Ambulance Service Company, the largest privately owned ambulance service provider in the world located in Orange CA. Client is looking for someone who follows instructions, able to get the job done effectively, and is reliable.

CONTRACT 1-3 MONTHS

QUALIFICATIONS

• Responsible for interview scheduling, offer generation and post offer follow up activities
• Assist with candidate employment application review and phone screens
• Ensure compliance and appropriate record keeping for all hiring activity
• Prepare and coordinate materials for various staffing projects
• Assist candidates with questions regarding their employment application
• Additional responsibilities as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work as a team player
• Must be able to work independently

Compensation: $20 - $22 hr. DOE
