IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced FUNDER a national online lender serving 39 states that offers an array of MORTGAGE options located in IRVINE, CA.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3-5 years of working knowledge and experience in funding FNMA/FHLMC loans. Government funding experience a plus. Responsibilities include reviewing closing documents; coordinate wires; data accuracy; verifying loan documents are clear to close and follow up on post close trailing documents. Experience must include compliance updates with RESPA, rules and regulations and/or policies and procedures including TRID; ensure title, escrow and warehouse bank are working within their posted turn times with transitioning the closing process from Clear to Close to the final close by the required deadlines .

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Team oriented and a positive attitude • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and to work well under pressure • Proficient working knowledge and strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word and LOS systems • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate daily workload around multiple assignments
