CONTENT PRODUCER 

POSITION DESCRIPTION: VIVA Creative seeks a Content Producer with at least 5 years of media production experience. 

Content Producers have knowledge of the ENTIRE production process, including content development, pre-production, strategy, research, and possess excellent writing skills.  He or she will be responsible for strategic production in each of our core service areas, including content, live, virtual, and digital. Candidate will lead and ORGANIZE the entire production process including concept development, proposal and script writing, budgeting, facilitating logistics for on-site production, field interviews, VO recording, music composition, post-production oversight, and everything else in the production mix for ALL TYPES OF PROJECTS. 

This position liaises heavily with creative teams so candidate MUST be a great with people, collaborating and motivating for the best overall client result. A candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “whatever-it-takes” attitude will thrive in our creative work environment. Chosen candidates will be required to participate in a Content Producer training workshop.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Solid experience (5+ years) producing media for business communications. 
•    Demonstrated track record producing on-message content using both traditional and new media tools and techniques. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Detail-oriented / Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines. 
•        Tasks include taking a project from a creative brief to the final deliverables, maintaining an accurate budget and schedule,  managing internal/external resources, and liaising with clients to ensure great customer service. 
•        Collaborative, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for the industry and a desire to grow.
•        College degree required.

JUNIOR CANDIDATES WITH EXCEPTIONAL DRIVE, ABILITY, AND POTENTIAL WILL BE CONSIDERED AND ALL CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN A CONTENT PRODUCER TRAINING WORKSHOP.
