ABOUT THE DIGITAL PRODUCER POSITION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage multiple web, mobile, and event applications and activation
•  Continually feed your ideas and creativity to the digital and creative teams
•  Collaborate with Production, Design, and Development teams during the creative process (Brainstorming, and Content/Workflow)
• Create budget and project plans for multiple digital project types
• Develop wireframes, mockups, digital project requirements, design and development timelines for projects
• Oversee web development of digital projects, platform testing, and delivery of final platform to client
• Keep apprised of and implement web and mobile app best practices and new technologies
• Assist in the development and execution of social media networking and marketing campaigns (Facebook, Youtube, Vimeo, etc)
• Experience and understanding of web SEO
• Working knowledge of web analytics – experience with Google analytics preferred
• Keep and organize core documentation and archives of digital projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a smooth transition to using new applications and functions for digital event platforms
• Four or more years of experience as a digital producer
• Must be highly proficient working in the following applications: Sketch, Adobe, Box.com, Numbers, Keynote, Webex, Jira, Agile and waterfall workflow.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms i.e. (ZOOM, WEBEX, ETC.)
• Experience managing the development of websites and applications 
• Digital project management experience; agency experience a huge plus 
• Experience with the development of web, mobile, and event applications and activations 
• Live event activation experience such as: Live event registration and ecommerce microsites, live polling with moderated real time data visualization, event mobile apps, game development, and live streaming
•  Experience with Wordpress
•  Experience working with content management systems, including Laravel Nova administration panel
•  Understanding of front end, back end, and software development life cycle
•  Ability to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment with short timelines
•  Flexible schedule

BONUS SKILLS: Working knowledge of AWS, React Native, iOS, Android, PHP, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, and HTML Experience working with VR/AR/MR teams
