    Job Description

    We are looking for a technology-savvy product manager to join our team and manage Business Process Automation platform—powering our operations.  If you have a knack for e-commerce and other enterprise resource workflows, are insanely detail-oriented, and enjoy product and project management, you might be our next VIVANT.  Of course, you must have hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM and ERP environments like Salesforce.com enjoy working with multiple stakeholders across the company to automate and optimize workflows and customer journeys. Your vision of an integrated approach to processes and data will be essential. 

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments including sales, production, education, marketing, finance, accounting, and business development to identify and implement automation and optimizations of business processes 
    • Manage the VIVANT Force epics, requirements, scrums, and stand-ups as a member of our agile product management team
    • Own the release schedule for new VIVANT Force features, communicate regular updates, and distill and distribute the release notes to stakeholders
    • Create wiki-based end-user and administrator documentation and e-learning modules 
    • As a member of our product management team, contribute to the vision for methodologies, tools, and systems to constantly challenge and improve our efficiency

    ABOUT YOU

    • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or equivalent area
    • 5+ years of experience managing the digitization of operational processes across sales, marketing, inventory management, and compliance
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM and ERP environments.  Experience with Salesforce.com and Force.com a strong plus.
    • Proven track record in documenting, automating, and optimizing business processes to create more efficient operations
    • Team player with a get it done mindset
    • Technology-savvy with a desire to constantly learn
    • Fluent in written and spoken English
