Qualifications: • Preferable but not Necessary, 1+ years of successful experience in a sales and marketing role. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Professional certifications or licenses in insurance are a plus, Not Necessary. • High level of motivation and resilience to overcome challenges. • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
