WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Required
Experience in working as a marketing manager. 5+ years of experience in IT industry will be ideal.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tool. Content creation experience – blogs, whitepapers, presentations, etc.
Experience in developing strategies, executing outbound/inbound/ABM campaigns. Knowledge and experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and other inbound lead gen platforms
Excellent communication skill including ability to listen, think quickly on his/her feet and adapt to a changing situation.
Related degreed education.
Good to have
In-depth understanding of marketing concepts, knowledge of the IT industry and personas, experience marketing to C-level IT executives.
Location – open. Preferred in CT, USA. Must be able to travel when required.
Prior team and vendor management experience required. Work with a diverse set of people.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO
Segmentation - Develop deep understanding of our target market, customers and market segmentation, especially US market. Develop and maintain tactical and strategic marketing plans.
Qualified Lead Generation - Planning, overseeing, executing and optimizing various campaigns including but not limited to outbound, inbound, ABM.
Sales Support
Work with our sales and solutions team to help shape and enhance our services and assets that best resonate with the needs of our target market.
Create new or revise existing collateral including but not limited to presentations, company/service overview documents, brochures, articles, whitepapers, etc.
Strategy and brand
Enhance and execute on our marketing strategy to create a desired brand and generate sales qualified leads to support our sales aspirations.
Be the custodian of our brand.
Administrative
Manage the global marketing budget.
Lead a team of energetic marketing / inside sales team.
