• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment

• Adaptable to different training methods to optimize trainee’s strongest learning style to effectively prepare new employees to be successful both independently as well as with a team

• Proficient in brand development and management including online brand awareness and engagement on various social media platforms

• You must be at least 18 years of age with high school degree / GED

• You must be able to commute to and from our office in Tempe, AZ

• IF you have 1-5 years of leadership experience in sports, school, or work, that would be a bonus
