We don’t believe in traditional job descriptions, but here’s a little glimpse of what we think will make someone a great fit for VMG and the Talent team:

• You're someone who gets energy from people and loves building genuine, deep connections.  It wouldn't surprise us if you're often the last person to leave a party. 
• You're an outside-the-box thinker and are proactively taking on new projects and initiatives.  You're a self-starter and are comfortable working in ambiguity. 
• You love the consumer industry.  You care how, where and why your products were made.  You're especially loyal to specific brands because those stories mean something to you, and you want other people in your life to love those brands as much as you do.  Your Instagram feed probably says a lot about the companies that excite you most. 
• When it comes to interviewing and recruiting, you're very data-driven in your approach.  You're constantly challenging the way interviews are done and the questions that are asked in order to hire the best possible leaders.  
• You probably don't take yourself too seriously and want to work at a company whose people are as hard-working and passionate as you.
