    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main communication point between the company and the independent sales representatives who sell the company’s products to customers. The Customer Service Representative will resolve issues and complaints and develop programs and procedures to enhance organization performance. The CSR will be recognized as an expert on the company’s programs, polices, and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or chat. Provide technical support for customers and independent sales representatives. Research and resolve order, fulfillment, and compensation questions. Review and resolve escalated customer queries. Participate in outbound contact campaigns as required to support sales and marketing. Support process improvement in the Customer Service Department by identifying organizational efficiency and increased performance opportunities.

    Experience:

    1+ years of experience in customer service representative or similar position Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing solutions. Experience working with and understanding direct sales compensation. Ability to read, understand, and use Standard Operating Procedures and Job Aids Knowledge of call center operations and expectations Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent listening, and follow-up skills Proven track record of cross-functional partnerships Ability to make real-time recommendations and engage appropriate senior managers in decisions Ability to set priorities and deliver multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to give and receive feedback positively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and web conferencing technology Education:

    High School or equivalent (Required)

    Job Type:

    Ability to work from office in Vernon, California preferred Must have reliable and uninterrupted access to the internet, a desktop or laptop, headset for conducting communication with customers, and a quiet environment during working hours. Schedule:

    Full-time Monday to Friday
