We’re seeking a bold, resourceful, performance-minded, and experienced executive to build brand value that will drive significant business growth both short and long-term. As our brand leader, you will be responsible for building a brand engine that fuels growth across every channel—by harnessing the power of brand marketing, content, and earned influence. The ideal candidate blends state-of-the-art brand marketing craft with a relentless focus on business impact.

What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy: Define and maintain the Achieve brand promise, purpose, and positioning at the brand level as well as the solution level. Evolve the brand positioning to remain aligned with the business strategy and ensure that Achieve stays differentiated and poised to win in a rapidly changing competitive landscape.
2. Brand Marketing: Lead strategy and implementation of breakthrough brand marketing campaigns and initiatives that lift all boats across all marketing and performance channels.
3. **Editorial Content & Thought Leadership Strategy: **Develop a brand content strategy that drives trust, relevance, and discoverability across owned, earned, search, partner, and AI-surfaced platforms. Translate product benefits and consumer pain points into compelling storytelling. Build a high-functioning editorial capability that produces thought leadership and long-form SEO content and storytelling at scale. Cultivate trusted relationships with journalists, editors, and content partners.
4. Brand Creative Leadership and Brand Expression: Build and lead best-in-class creative and design team. Maintain and evolve our brand standards (voice, tone, visual identity, design system) to ensure a relevant, differentiated, and consistent brand expression across all touchpoints. Serve as the champion and “nerve center” for the brand, empowering teams across the enterprise to execute consistently and effectively. Develop a modular asset strategy that fuels performance across digital, CTV, social, performance and brand channels.
5. Product Marketing and Reputation Management: Define the strategy to elevate Achieve’s brand reputation to build brand consideration and preference. Drive the cross-functional execution of the strategy—partnering with SEO, performance marketing, LCM, BU, and corporate comms teams. Manage, monitor and maintain our brand reputation on consumer review sites, online forums and earned channels. Secure and amplify third-party endorsements—from trusted publishers, platforms, creators, and respected voices. Harness the power of our customer passion and advocacy through customer testimonials, moderated forums and referral programs.
6. Brand and Performance Integration: Build systems and creative pipelines that turn brand assets (videos, endorsements, editorial, influencers) into high-performing ad units. Work hand-in-hand with performance and growth teams to test, optimize, and scale brand-driven creative across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and CTV. Drive measurable lift in CAC efficiency, brand favorability, and lead quality from brand programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand, content, or integrated marketing, ideally within performance-focused environments (DTC, fintech, consumer services).
• Proven success building editorially driven content programs with real business impact.
• Experience designing and scaling influencer and creator campaigns, including whitelisting and NIL-based performance integrations.
• Strong SEO and AI literacy; understands content architecture, SERP dynamics, and search intent strategy.
• Track record of translating 3rd-party credibility into brand lift and performance gains.
• Sharp judgment, creative storytelling instincts, and ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared growth goals.
• Demonstrated experience building content and influencer marketing programs that lead to measurable, profitable growth
