* Background in automotive or industrial markets ,
* Dual sales & technical expertise,
* Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on mentorship, team management, and collaboration across departments,
* Good negotiation skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs,
Nice to have:
- Background in medical or HBAS markets would be a plus,
- Spanish.

- Final Interview with our Executive Managing Director Louis Pourdieu and Group EVP, HR Thomas Lesort.
This role will imply occasional travel :
- On a regular basis to visit customers,
- an for local meetings in MI and Midwest,
- approximately once every 2-3 months to Juarez or South-East US,
- approximately once a year to Europe.
Home office is possible, but regular presence on site - Grand Rapids - will be required, especially during induction period.
