Job Description
The VP, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for championing, developing, executing, and overseeing DEI strategies and programming for two of Publicis Media’s agencies, Spark Foundry and Publicis Health Media. The VP, DEI will partner with CEOs, Executive Teams, Human Resources, and Publicis Groupe’s centralized Talent, Engagement, & Inclusion Practice to formalize a vision and strategic plan that fosters diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within their organizations. The VP, DEI serves as the organizational leader and spokesperson with their assigned organizations to drive the development, implementation and integration of best practices, resources, and trends to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural proficiency. There are Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role that will be used to measure the agencies’ DEI evolution.

Compensation Range: $143,000 - $225,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
