    Position Summary:

The VP of Finance will be responsible for driving financial planning, operational visibility, and cross-functional decision support. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will oversee FP&A, budgeting, strategic analysis, and key operational metrics. Responsibilities:

    • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
    • Develop operational dashboards and performance KPIs across locations, teams, and service lines.
    • Build and own models to support strategic decisions including new site openings, pricing, and capital investments.
    • Partner with operations, marketing, and HR to provide financial transparency and business intelligence.
    • Streamline reporting and data infrastructure to support scale and efficiency.
    • Support investor reporting, board materials, and ad hoc financial analysis.
    • Provide financial rigor to company-wide initiatives, from margin optimization to labor planning.

    Ideal Background:

    • 10+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or FP&A roles.
    • Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
    • Prior experience in a PE-backed, multi-location services, healthcare, or wellness organization is highly preferred.
    • CPA or public accounting experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Deep understanding of P&Ls, unit economics, and business drivers in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
    • Experience building and improving processes and systems in scaling organizations.
    • High EQ, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

    Benefits:

    • Mission-Driven Brand: Join a company that’s improving lives through wellness and care.
    • Growth Opportunity: Contribute to a high-trajectory business backed by a top-tier PE sponsor.
    • Strategic Role: Be a key architect of data and decision-making across the organization.
