VP, Fund Accounting & Finance-Leading Global Investment Management Firm
This is a unique VP role within a leading private equity platform to hire a senior finance professional who will operate well beyond traditional fund accounting—partnering directly with executive leadership and touching everything from reporting and valuations to liquidity, tax, and fund operations.
*$285-$340K (base + full annual bonus*

Responsibilities:
You’ll oversee multiple complex fund structures end-to-end—owning quarterly and annual GAAP reporting, reviewing administrator and audit deliverables, and digging into key areas like management fees and waterfall calculations.
On top of that, you’ll be deeply involved in:
• Fund liquidity — capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, credit facilities
• Valuations — quarterly review and coordination across teams
• Tax workflows — partnering with internal and external stakeholders
• Investor support — inquiries, reporting, and fund launch materials
• Compliance — regulatory and credit facility reporting
• Operations — working across investment, performance, and finance teams
You’ll also play a key role in driving improvements—whether that’s onboarding new funds, refining processes, or enhancing coordination with offshore teams and third-party administrators.
Who this is built for:
Someone who is a CPA with ~8+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4) and fund finance/accounting who’s ready to step into a more dynamic, high-ownership role.
