    Job Description

    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Investor Relations will be responsible for supporting the build-out and execution of an effective investor communications strategy, perform financial analysis, and to develop strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Lead the Investor Relations team (will recruit one team member for support) Contributes to the successful execution an effective investor communications strategy that underscores long-term growth and our business strategy to deliver on the company’s long-term vision. Supports the earnings process by preparing for review meetings, conducting effective outreach to the Company’s businesses, contributing to materials such as the earnings presentation, supporting documents and peer analysis. Develops relationships with industry analysts and investors to support development of company strategy aimed at positioning the business for long term growth. Partners with Competitive Intelligence team to analyze our business and our competitors to understand how investors and analysts think about our business today and into the future; anticipates investor questions and concerns and develops (or investigates) thoughtful responses. Contributes to the execution of a comprehensive target shareholder strategy that both identifies / analyzes potential institutional investors and maintains an effective / evolving approach to shareholder outreach. Monitors industry developments and competitive market trends, develops executive summaries for senior leadership and the Board of Directors on peer company news, and performance. Supports partnership with finance, corporate communications, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all company, external and internal communications, are integrated and consistent - reflecting aligned business strategy narrative. Develop new institutional investor relationships. Participate in industry conferences and represent the firm among potential partners. Consult regularly with General Counsel/Legal Team to ensure compliance on communications matters.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architect and execute Solidigm's investor relations strategy in support of major capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPAC transactions, direct listings, and secondary offerings.
    • Develop and own Solidigm's investment thesis, translating complex technology, product strategy, and financial performance into a clear and compelling equity story for capital markets audiences.
    • Lead the creation of foundational capital markets materials including investor presentations, roadshow materials, registration statement narratives, earnings releases, shareholder letters, and FAQ packages.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for institutional investors, buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts, and financial media, building Solidigm's credibility and visibility within the investment community.
    • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial disclosures in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) requirements.
    • Monitor and interpret analyst models, investor sentiment, and consensus estimates to provide actionable feedback and market intelligence to executive leadership and the Board.
    • Plan and execute investor days, non-deal roadshows, conference participation, and one-on-one investor meetings to build Solidigm's institutional investor base.
    • Track peer company performance, sector trends, and shareholder base dynamics to inform and continuously refine Solidigm's investor relations strategy.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Master of Business Administration or Juris Doctor required; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a strong plus.
    • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or financial communications.
    • Direct experience supporting a successful IPO, SPAC transaction, or comparable capital markets event is required.
    • Semiconductor, storage, or enterprise technology industry experience strongly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure requirements, Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD), and public company reporting obligations.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex technical and financial content accessible and persuasive to diverse investor audiences.
    • Strong financial literacy including fluency with income statements, balance sheets, valuation frameworks, and capital markets dynamics.
    • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and investment banks.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity, pre-transaction environment while building the investor relations function from the ground up.

    Preferred Skills & Competencies

    • Established network within the institutional investor and sell-side analyst communities, particularly in the technology and semiconductor sectors.
    • Experience managing investor relations for a high-growth technology company through a major liquidity event.
    • Proficiency with investor relations platforms and financial data tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Q4 Inc., or similar.

    Additional Information

    The compensation range for this role is $229,760 - $382,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

    This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs.
